Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted on charlotteannecharters.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Once we receive a compliant counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice. Please include the following elements in your counter-notification:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Charlotte Anne Charters Magazine maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
